Price of Workshop
The price of the workshop is $2200
Included:
-Workshop and special sessions
- Airport pick up and drop off at the workshop venue
-Shared accommodations from February 28 - March 10
-Breakfast and lunch each workshop day and closing celebration dinner on March 9. (check-out March 10th)
-One complimentary massage
-Taxi back to airport from venue (if you are traveling on after the workshop, you will be covering this expense-@ $25 USD)
Not included in this price is:
-Flights to and from Bali
-Dinner (You can get a great dinner for around $7 USD easily)
-Bali entrance fee - visa on arrival ($25 USD per person)
-Shopping
-Trip Cancellation Insurance (highly recommended)
-Bali exit tax (approximately $22 USD per person)

Deposit
A deposit reserves your place in our Journey Into Midwifery Workshop. The balance of the workshop price must be paid in full by February 15, 2013. (If you would like to use PayPal, please add 3% to cover processing fee.)
Payment
Please make out your check to Katherine Bramhall and mail to: 25 Colby Street, Barre, VT 05641. For those who would like to use PayPal, please add 3% to cover processing fee.
Cancellations
If you find it necessary to cancel your reservation or to cancel any part of the workshop, the following cancellation policy will apply:
On or before January 1, 2014: All monies received, less a $200.00 processing fee and unrecoverable monies from other deposits made upon your behalf, will be refunded for cancellations received in writing on or before January 1, 2013.
January 1, 2014 – February 1, 2014: A cancellation charge of $500.00, plus unrecoverable monies and other deposits made upon your behalf, will be withheld for cancellations received in writing between January 1 and February 1, 2014.
After February 1, 2014: No refunds will be made for cancellations received AFTER February 1, 2014 OR for any portion of the trip unattended.
